Designing your home is a collaborative process, and it’s one we truly enjoy. Every home design gets our creative juices flowing. We’re up on all the latest trends in home design, and we’ll probably suggest some custom features that turn out to be your favorite part of your home.

We have created a questionnaire to help us better understand your lifestyle, your style sensibility, and what’s important to you and your family. Do you want a media room? An outdoor kitchen? At this point, we’ll also talk to you about the deed restrictions in your neighborhood so we can create a home design that will make both you and your homeowners’ association happy. Brad Marshall Homes is a versatile custom home builder; we can build a modern home or a Tuscan style home or a grand Texas ranch. As custom builders, we’re not limited to any specific architectural style. If you can dream it, we can build it.

After we’ve visited your lot and talked over the questionnaire with you, we’ll put together a first draft of the plan for your custom home. We’ll look at the house plan together and talk about what works for you, and what you want to tweak. Maybe you changed your mind, and you do want a media room, after all, complete with theatre-style seating. No problem. Now is a great time to make changes to the home design.

Once you sign off on the draft home design, we’ll provide you with a detailed quote on how much your custom home will cost to build. In this quote, we’ll factor in specific allowances for flooring, lighting, doors, etc., with generous amounts based on what we’ve learned about what your dream home looks like.
