Meet The Team
Brad Marshall – President
Brad Marshall has an MBA in Technology Management and comes from a long background in the high-tech services industry. While running a $110-million technical service organization for a Fortune 500 Company, he hired a custom home builder to build a luxury home for his family in Central Texas. As a man who had dedicated himself to providing extraordinary customer service, he was disappointed in the antiquated home building process, to say the least. He struck out to build homes the right way, with an invigorated focus on the homeowner.
In the old way of doing things, custom home builders in Central Texas struggled to juggle the needs and schedules of all of the subcontractors involved in building a home, including framers, painters, plumbers, and electricians, just to name a few. Too often, they forgot to keep their clients in the loop. Building a home was as complex an undertaking as any of the multimillion dollar projects he had managed, and he saw an opportunity to streamline the process. Right from the start of Brad Marshall Homes, Brad put processes into place using the best tools that technology had to offer. Take a look at our subcontractor and client testimonials.
Brad currently lives in Pflugerville Texas just outside of Austin. His wife of 17 years is Denise and they have 3 active kids that round out this close, Christian valued family. Brad was born in Austin and raised in south Texas in the Rio Grande Valley. Once he graduated from college he made his way back to Austin to start a family and eventful career. He is an active bird hunter and spends downtime honing the skills of his hunting partner, Sugar, his 4year old retriever. Brad serves on the Master Design Committee in The Preserve in Georgetown and supports his church and various local charities.
The customer comes first with Brad Marshall Homes, and Brad has hired an extraordinary team, each of whom supports that vision.
Brandon Sassenberg – Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Brandon Sassenberg owned his own successful business when he hired Brad Marshall Homes to build a custom home for his family in the Austin area. The Sassenbergs experienced first-hand the Brad Marshall Homes commitment to quality and customer care. Meanwhile, Brad got to know Brandon as an honest man with a passion for customer service that mirrored his own. When Brad invited Brandon to join the team, Brandon jumped at the chance.
Brandon’s role at Brad Marshall Homes is very hands-on. He spends the majority of his time with customers, which is how he likes it. He works to ensure that his customers’ needs are being met before, during, and after construction. As a Brad Marshall Homes customer, Brandon has a unique understanding of the process from the customer’s perspective. He does everything in his power to make the custom home building experience an enjoyable one for each of the clients with whom he works.
Kasey Van Daley – Vice President of Construction
With a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and years of experience in business, Kasey Van Daley provides critical financial oversight for Brad Marshall Homes. Clients know him for his friendly reminders to make their flooring, lighting, and other selections in a timely manner. From then on, with the clients’ bottom line always in the forefront of his mind, Kasey works diligently with suppliers to ensure that the orders are processed accurately and on time.
His responsibilities also include managing accounts, business operations, business development, and regulatory compliance, as well as financial planning and forecasting. He believes that Brad Marshall Homes will continue its managed growth, expanding into fantastic communities such as Cimarron Hills, The Preserve, and Shady Oaks in Georgetown, as well as The Vineyard in Florence and Tessera on Lake Travis.
Kasey is a lifelong resident of Central Texas. He currently lives in Round Rock with his wife, Shelby. In their spare time, they enjoy spending time with their dog, Cash, outdoors and, of course, watching Longhorn football. Hook ‘em Horns!
Jordan Jenkins – Personal Builder
In 20 years of building, Jordan Jenkins has helped to construct over 700 homes, including a great number throughout Central Texas cities and towns such as Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Austin, Lakeway, and even on Lake Travis. He joined the team at Brad Marshall Homes because he deeply shares the company’s core values of integrity, honesty, and commitment to our clients. He understands that the home building process can be overwhelming to someone who has never been through it, so he guides our customers through the process with a calm, sincere, and often comic approach that soothes frayed nerves.
At a fundamental level, Jordan has seen that all homes go together basically the same. Foundations are poured, walls are framed, and so on. The Brad Marshall Homes difference is in the luxurious quality of the finish-out and especially in the dedication shared by the entire team to exceed clients’ expectations. Jordan oversees the Quality Control System at Brad Marshall homes, and he manages the remodel and warranty divisions.
